    Element Desktop fork with Discord-style Giphy GIF support. Sends as MSC3885 v2 E2EE-encrypted files (m.file + m.new_content) that open natively in the viewer in encrypted rooms (matches mobile/Element iOS behavior). Verified build: crypto matches matrix-rust-sdk real_decrypt test vector; webapp.asar in MSI md5 9644d6be.
