Element Desktop fork with Discord-style Giphy GIF support. Sends as MSC3885 v2 E2EE-encrypted files (m.file + m.new_content) that open natively in the viewer in encrypted rooms.

FIX vs giphy1: iv and hashes.sha256 are now encoded as standard base64 (no pad) to match the desktop matrix-encrypt-attachment decryptor (atob/btoa). JWK k stays base64url. Verified: MSI-embedded webapp.asar byte-matches fixed script (48134 bytes); local round-trip through the deployed decrypt logic passes; Rust real_decrypt test vector passes.

Element Desktop fork with Discord-style Giphy GIF support. Sends as MSC3885 v2 E2EE-encrypted files (m.file + m.new_content) that open natively in the viewer in encrypted rooms (matches mobile/Element iOS behavior). Verified build: crypto matches matrix-rust-sdk real_decrypt test vector; webapp.asar in MSI md5 9644d6be.

Built from the v1.12.13 snapshot + Giphy integration (commit 49ff7e8).
